Privacy Policy

Last Updated: December 5th, 2018

Artificial Intelligence Mental Evaluation (AiME) is an online platform that provides access to an evaluation that is recorded via audio and video, and a series of questionnaires that provide an opportunity to discuss one’s well being and self-help program, and, depending on authorizations, the platform provides a neural network algorithm-based estimate of risk levels of particular areas of well-being (collectively, the “Services”). Some individuals, including, but not limited to, physicians, licensed mental health professionals, social workers, authorized members of Textsavvyapp, Inc, or partner administrators (“Authorized Users”) may access the risk level estimates generated as a result of engaging with the Services.

This Privacy Policy describes how Textsavvyapp, Inc and its subsidiaries (“Textpert”, “we”, “us” or “our”)  collect, use, and share your information whenever you use our Services. Those Services include every way you might interact with us: through our websites, mobile applications, partner providers and any of our other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy.

Consent

Your use of the Services indicates your consent to the use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. We don’t collect your Personal Information for the purpose of selling any information in a way that specifically identifies you as an individual. Your consent may be withdrawn but it may result in loss of use of the Services.

Information We Collect
Information Provided to Us

We do not collect your name, address, phone number or date of birth. The primary text-based personally identifiable information that we collect is your email. If you are concerned about sharing your email address, we recommend creating an anonymous and unique email address for the sole purpose of participating in these Services. In order to use the Services, we need to collect a few important demographic details about you: an email address, gender, age range, ethnicity, education level, marital status, employment status, your audio/video responses to a set of questions about your well-being during the avatar interview, and your responses to selected questionnaires (“Personal Information”). We want you to be in control of your information, so we let you update or correct most of the basic account information periodically. We’d love for you to be a user forever but if for some reason you ever want to delete your account keep in mind that we may retain certain information in backup for a specified period of time or as required by law.
